How much is general admission?

       General Admission is $5

Is there a refund policy?

       We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased for Parkersburg Pop Con.

Can I bring my kids?

       Yes, Parkersburg PopCon is a family event.

Do I need to bring cash?

       While some vendors might accept credit cards, many do not. There is an ATM located down the hall from the main event room.

  • Please note that transaction fees may be applied per money withdraw.  
  • It is our suggestion for you to stop at the ATM before arriving at the event. 
  • In the event the ATM at the location becomes empty, it will not be refilled.

Can minors attend unsupervised?

       Individuals under the age of 16 must be under adult supervision at all times. There will be no child care services.

Are there any restrictions on what I can wear?

As Parkersburg Pop Con is a family-themed event, please use your best judgment in keeping your attire tasteful. This applies to both guests and cosplay attendees.

NO nudity or see-through material exposing body parts beyond the boundaries of good taste will be allowed.

If needed, you may be asked to leave by Parkersburg Pop Con staff or security. This includes changing into a costume or making alterations to the costume after you have been admitted into the event.

If you have a business or organization that would like to obtain flyers for Parkersburg Pop Con, we have provided a digital format, available below, or alternatively, we can get them to you, either in-person, or via mail.  Just message us on Facebook with your business information, and we will make sure that you get promotional material.


How do I pay for my booth?

Vendors can pay for booth registrations either via Paypal or check.  

Please send a check with the correct amount to:

When will I be able to set up?

Booth setup will start at 8:30 am on the day of the event and run until 11:00 am. Please note you will be able to set up past this point, but guests will be entering the event floor at 11:00 am.

I registered, but I'm not showing up in the list.  What's wrong?

Vendors do not show up in the online directory until payment is received.  Please make sure that payment is processed before the day of the event.  Vendors will not be permitted to set up unless payment is confirmed.
